The Web Portal uses Flags to highlight specific events, drawing the care team's attention to critical data. When defining Rules within a Monitoring Protocol, selecting the “Use Color Flag” option allows you to assign different colors to represent various events. For example, this feature can be used to visually indicate the severity or urgency of different conditions, aiding in quick decision-making.
The “Show Flag” option ensures that these flagged events are prominently displayed in the dashboard views, as well as on relevant graphs and charts, making them easily accessible for review.
Notification Settings can also be configured when setting up Rules within a Monitoring Protocol. Notifications can be sent to users with Physician or Technician roles via SMS or Email, utilizing templates that can be customized through the Templates menu. Additionally, notifications can be directed to third parties who may be assisting in patient care but are not users of the Web Portal.
The Notification Interval setting allows you to define how frequently notifications should be sent until the event has been reviewed. This ensures that critical events are promptly addressed and the care team remains informed until action is taken.
