Sites (Optional)
Users and patients can exist at the program or site levels. Program-level users can view data for any patient within the program. In contrast, users assigned to a specific site can only access data for patients assigned to their respective site. When a site-assigned user creates a new patient, that patient is automatically associated with the same site.
Program Managers can create and manage sites through the Sites menu, which lists all existing sites. When creating new users, Program Managers can assign them to any of these sites.
If a Program Manager is assigned to a site, they will only be able to create new users within that specific site.
Assigning Patients to Sites
When a site-assigned user creates a new patient manually, that patient is automatically associated with the same site. If the Quick Patient Assignment feature is enabled (refer to Section on QUICK PATIENT ASSIGNMENT), the patient is also automatically associated with the site if the Device has already been assigned to a site.
