Within the Real-Time RPM module, Program Managers can manage patient groups by adding and naming groups and assigning tag colors for easy identification. Group tags are essential for quickly identifying patients with similar conditions, allowing clinicians to manage them more efficiently. Program Managers can manage all group tags through the “Settings > Group Management” module.
