1. New Feature: Power Off Multi Vital ECG Patch
- Power off
Users can now power off the Multi Vital ECG Patch via the “Power Off” button on the Device Info page. Prior to powering off, it is crucial to read and confirm the risk terms presented within the app.
- Reactivation
To reactivate the device, simply place it in the charger box and connect it with a USB cable for charging.
2. Menu / Help Center
Help Center provides helpful videos on how to apply and wearing both the Multi Vital ECG Patch and the Temperature Patch.
3. Report Symptoms
When submitting symptoms in the app, you can now record Start Time, Duration, Severity, and Notes.
4. New Device: HS2S (Body Composition Scale) and KN-550BT (Blood Pressure Monitor) _ Android Only
- HS2S
This new device tracks multiple vitals such as weight, BMI, and body fat. Get access to this device from “Weight” module displayed on the dashboard. You need to record customization settings and personal profiles when setting up the device.
- KN-550BT (iHealth Track)
The new device is classified as Blood Pressure Monitor category. Go to pair the device via the “BP” module.
📈 Improvements
1. Writing & Expression
The overall writing and expression within the MVM app have been refined for better user comprehension and interaction.
2. Firmware Upgrade (Checkme O2)
If the firmware version of Checkme O2 device is below v1.2.0, an update prompt will appear when you connect the device to the app. Follow the prompt to initiate an OTA (Over-the-Air) update, which will automatically download and install the new firmware on your device.
- What is new in firmware v1.2.0
This version includes minor updates, particularly related to the Serial Number (SN) format, which is now displayed on the Device Info Page in the app. These updates may not have a major impact on your usage but help improve device management.
3. Improve Battery Status Display
Two new battery icons have been added to the dashboard (exclusively for the Multi Vital ECG Patch) to clearly indicate whether the patch is charging and whether the battery percentage is being calculated.

4. New App Icon
The app icon has been updated to enhance distinctiveness and improve identification for users.
5. Change Default Project ID
The default Project ID has been changed from “VivaLNK” to “Vivalink” for better consistency and branding across the application ecosystem.
