🚀 Opt-In Features (Configuration Required)
The following features are disabled by default to maintain consistency with your current workflows. They can be enabled upon request and configured individually for each tenancy.
To activate any of these options, please reach out to your Vivalink Account or Project Manager for review and scheduling.
1. [Reports] AFib Episode List in ECG Reports
A new report content option, AFib Episode List, has been added to ECG reports, along with expanded tenancy-level configuration via Enable LEAF Reporting.
When Enable LEAF Reporting is enabled:
- AFib Episode List becomes available as a report content option
- ECG reports can include a structured list of AFib episodes with duration ≥ 1 hour within the reporting period
- Each AFib episode includes a corresponding ECG strip in the report
- Tenancy configuration also controls the availability of:
- Strip Index
Configuration rules are enforced during report generation to ensure proper inclusion based on tenancy settings.
Note: AFib episodes included in the AFib Episode List (≥ 1 hour) are only available in the PDF report. There is no corresponding representation of this list in CSV exports, and these episodes are not accessible or exportable via CSV.
This enhancement enables tenancies to highlight tenancy-significant AFib episodes (≥ 1 hour) with supporting ECG strips, improving report clarity while maintaining backward compatibility with existing workflows.
2. [Reports] Updated Threshold for DL and #L Metrics
The threshold definition for DL (Days with Load) and #L (Number of Long Episodes) has been updated from >5 hours to ≥5 hours.
With this update:
- AFib durations exactly equal to 5 hours are now included in DL and #L calculations
- Calculation logic has been updated to reflect the revised threshold
- Related text across the system has been aligned, including:
- UI tooltip descriptions
- ECG report field labels
- CSV export field names
This enhancement ensures a more accurate representation of AFib burden in ECG reports and exported data by including episodes that meet the 5-hour threshold exactly.

This release also includes behind-the-scenes improvements to platform performance, stability, and traceability to support reliable operation as usage continues to scale.
